About Jamie

My name is Jamie Larson, I’m a Travel Host and Blogger from Houston, Texas. I’ve always had a passion and itch for travel. Straight of highschool at the age of 18 I toured with bands all around the US and UK which allowed me to see so much of the world. Once I stopped touring I was lucky enough to be casted on a reality tv show in the US called MTV’s Real World.

Shortly after the show, I gained a decent following on social media which to me, was bittersweet. I slowly realized I wanted to use my social media for something positive, as a helpful platform for travel and to spread positivity.

After a couple years of heartbreaks and soul searching, I truly found my love for travel and backpacking. It became sort of a therapy for me. Not only did it allow me to experience incredible places and people, it helped me grow so much as an individual. Traveling and my life experiences led me to start my non-profit, The Hearts Company where I am able to give back to the communities that have brought me so much happiness over the years. Not only that but I was able to start a travel company that curates unique adventure Group Trips around the world, perfect for solo travelers!

I’m hoping that through my website and social media you can find some helpful tips, inspiration or purpose for your travels and life experiences.
