Please note: Each guest will have their own private room at all hotels unless you’re coming with a spouse or friend and would like to share rooms. Can accommodate one large bed for couples or 2 separate beds for friends, totally up to you! For the 3 night/4 day Safari we will stay at beautiful luxury lodges in the heart of the Serengeti, similar to Glamping (No camping in small tents). In Zanzibar, we will be staying in a 4+ star, all-inclusive, beachfront resort. Please note for shared rooms that bed sets ups are subject to availability (Twin beds or 1 large bed)

With me and a group of likeminded travelers by your side, you’ll get a taste of what solo travel feels like without the fear of being by yourself. Let’s make some incredible memories together and get ready for a life changing trip across Tanzania!
Itinerary:
Day 1 - Arrival Day
Today you’ll be arriving at Kilimanjaro International airport! My drivers will be prepared for all travelers arriving at different times throughout the day and will bring you safely to me to the hotel in Arusha. I will greet you at the hotel where I’ll give you a rundown of the entire itinerary and schedule. This will be your time to unwind and relax at the hotel, as tomorrow we start our African Safari!
Day 2 - Safari Day (Serengeti National Park)
After breakfast we’ll be picked up from our hotel by our guide. Today you will embark on a full day game drive in Central Serengeti National Park. This will be a long day of driving from Arusha town to the park. The Serengeti is Tanzania's oldest and most popular national park and is also a UNESCO World Heritage site which spans over 12,000 square miles. Once we arrive the entry gates for the park, we’ll enjoy a picnic lunch then continue our game drive for animal spotting. Our knowledgable guides will track down as many animals as possible for us to witness most of the Big 5 and of course plenty of other incredible species. This will be a full day of exploring the Serengeti, so be sure to bring your camera fully charged!
Once the sun goes down, we’ll finish our game drive for the day and check in to our luxury tented lodge where we’ll enjoy dinner and relax for a night in the Serengeti. After dinner I highly suggest having some wine and relaxing by the bonfire so you can hear the night come alive!! Lions and hyenas will start to make noises around the camp, but don’t worry! There are 24hr guards around the camp to keep you safe.
Day 3 - Safari Day (Central serengeti)
After breakfast, we’ll head straight to the hippo pool which is just a few minutes drive away from the lodge. Here you will get stand just feet away from of 50+ hippos basking in the pool together. Take tons of pictures and videos because this will probably be the closest you’ll ever see hippos in their natural habitat without being in a vehicle!!
We’ll continue our game drive through the Serengeti to attempt to find the big migration, famous for hundreds if not thousands of wildebeest & zebra migrating all at once. These animals have a strategic partnership for their survival, our focus for the rest of the day will be the Seronera (centre of Serengeti). We will finish off the day at our lodge in the middle of the Serengeti where we stayed the night before.
NOTE: Today will be your day to do the optional hot air balloons for sunrise over the Serengeti! You can organize this with me closer to travel date.
Day 4 - Safari Day (Serengeti National Park & Maasai Tribe)
Today we’ll continue our last game drive through the Serengeti! As we make our way out of the park, we’ll continue to spot many animals and say our goodbyes to the stunning Serengeti National Park. We’ll enjoy another picnic lunch at the entrance gates of the park.
After we’ll visit the Maasai village, you will visit a Maasai Village in the Ngorongoro Highlands, where you'll have the opportunity to witness (and participate in) a traditional Maasai dance, tour an authentic Maasai village, and even do a little souvenir shopping at the local market.
Once the sun starts to set, week are our way to our final lodge of our safari where you’ll get time to relax and enjoy some free time. Maybe sign up for a massage or enjoy some drinks by the bonfire. Tomorrow we’ll head out to our last game drive to the Ngorongoro Crater.
Day 5 - Safari Day (Ngorongoro Crater)
On our last day, we will visit Ngorongoro Crater. The first time that you descend onto the crater floor is like no other safari experience in Africa. This is a world unto itself, one where you’ll encounter the crater’s 600-strong population of hyenas, as well as critically endangered black rhinos. You’ll also find elephants with larger-than-average tusks, and more than 50 lions living in the crater. But it’s the sheer beauty of Ngorongoro that will most likely live longest in your memory. From early morning, mist rises from the crater, revealing steep, forested walls, secret waterways where hippos hide, and a world of abundant wildlife hidden away from the rest of the world.
This marks the end of your safari in Tanzania. We’ll head back to our hotel in Arusha where you’ll get to relax for the night after a long few days of exploring and early mornings!
Day 6 - Arrival day Zanzibar
Today we finally head to paradise!! We’ll catch a flight to Zanzibar, hop in our taxi on the island to our stunning beach front all-inclusive resort!
After so many early mornings and long days of game drives exploring the Serengeti, it’s time for a much needed free day! The resort we’re staying at is all-inclusive, so don’t forget to stop by the bar and grab a free cocktail! Enjoy today lounging by the pool, take a dip in the sea and spend the day how you’d like! There will be optional tours for today if you’d like to continue exploring, but I highly suggest utilizing today in paradise to relax and unwind, because tomorrow we head on an island hopping excursion.
Day 7 - Free day + optional tours
After a long safari, you’re going to need a day to relax and enjoy this stunning all inclusive resort! Please enjoy the facilities including any of the 4 pools (1 adult only with swim up bar), the spa, free snorkel gear or paddle boards, jet ski’s or just enjoy your time lounging at the beach or swimming in the crystal clear waters!
There will be a list of optional tours as well if you're looking to explore the island! Maybe check out the spice farms or Jozani forest, get an adrenaline pump with skydiving and so much more! Enjoy this day how you like, you’ve earned it after all the early mornings and long safari drives!
Day 8 - PRison Island, Nakupenda Island & Stone Town
Another full day of adventure awaits on our last full day in Zanzibar together! Today we’ll head to Prison Island to see the old slave jail as well as feed tons of giant tortoises! A truly incredible experience. After, we’ll enjoy some time to swim and snorkel at the Nakupenda sandbank, where we’ll enjoy lunch. We’ll swim, sunbathe and snorkel these crystal clear waters and enjoy our time on this full day tour! A fresh seafood lunch will be included on this day (Vegetarian also available).
After we are finished at the sandbank, we’ll head to Stone Town for some last minute souvenir shopping sight seeing.
We’ll arrive back at the hotel in the afternoon just in time to clean up and enjoy dinner. That night we’ll celebrate our day with a few drinks and see where the night takes us!
Day 9 - Free day + Optional Tours
Enjoy this day to sleep in, relax and enjoy some time around the incredible all-inclusive resort! There will be multiple optional tours available today including the aquarium, the Jozani forest and spice farms, jet skis, water sports at the resort and so much more!
Enjoy your last day relaxing in paradise, as tomorrow you’ll all be catching your international flights home.
Day 10 - Departure day
Unfortunately, today is departure day! You’ll be flying out of Abeid Amani Karume International Airport, Zanzibar’s international airport. Each of you will be taken to the airport according to your international departure times. Remember this isn’t goodbye, this is see you on our next adventure together!

A $500 non-refundable deposit must be paid in order to hold your space on the trip.
The remaining amount will be due and is non-refundable 60 days before the 1st day of your trip. In the event that you need to cancel, 50% of your deposit is refundable if you find a replacement for your spot on the trip. Refund policy will be sent once form is submitted.
