Please note: Each guest will have their own private room at all hotels unless you’re coming with a spouse or friend and would like to share rooms. We can accommodate one large bed for couples or 2 separate beds for friends, totally up to you! Please note for shared rooms that bed sets ups are subject to availability (Twin beds or 1 large bed).
Itinerary
Day 1 - Arrival Day
Today you’ll be arriving at Istanbul International airport (IST)! My drivers will be prepared for all travelers arriving at different times throughout the day and will bring you safely to me to the hotel in Sultanahmet. Once you arrive at the hotel, I’ll be waiting to greet you in the lobby where I’ll give you a rundown of the entire itinerary and schedule. This will be your time to unwind and relax at the hotel, and maybe walk around to explore the town. That night, we’ll grab dinner at a local restaraunt so everyone can meet each other and chat about the upcoming days of adventure!
Day 2 - Istanbul City Tour
Get ready for a cultural journey through this historical city of Istanbul. We’ll visit the famous Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and the local bazaar where you can browse and shop. This will be a full day tour to dive into the history of Turkey. We’ll be back at the hotel later in the afternoon in time for you to rest before we head out to dinner!
Make sure your all packed up tonight because tomorrow we’ll already be heading to our next city, Pamukkale!
Day 3 - Travel to Pamukkale
Today after breakfast, we’ll head straight to the airport to catch a flight to the tiny town of Pamukkale! We’ll arrive mid/late afternoon so we’ll drop all of our things off at the hotel and head straight to get some food and walk around this cute little town. We’ll be staying very close to the unique all white thermal pools and if we get there in time for sunset, we’ll walk to the base of the mountain to take photos and admire the stunning views.
We’ll head out for dinner and drinks later that night as a group. We’ll have an early morning, so I highly suggest everyone getting some rest this night!
Day 4 - Visit the Pamukkale Thermal Pools & Hierapolis Ancient City / travel to Ephesus
We’ll wake up early this morning to beat the large crowds at the famous Pamukkale thermal pools. Here you’ll be able to walk around or even take a dip at the thermal pools. If you do decide to take a dip, be sure to bring a bag with a large towel and a change of clothes as we’ll be touring the Hierapolis Ancient City there straight after. Once we’re finished with out half day tour, we’ll grab our bags and head to the Izmer province, home to the ancient city of Ephesus.
We’ll be arriving late afternoon, so after we arrive we’ll drop our bags off, get cleaned up after our long drive and grab some dinner and drinks!
Day 5 - Ephesus Ancient city Day tour / FLy to cappadocia
After breakfast, dive back in time as we visit historical sites dating back to times BC and AD. We’ll have a private tour around the famous Ephesus Ancient City, Hadrian Temple, Celcius Library, Theater, Hamams and Old Harbor. Then we will visit the Temple of Artemis which used to be one of the 7 wonders of ancient World. After lunch we will visit House of Virgin Mary where Virgin Mary spent her last 5 years before she died and recognized as a pilgrimage place by Vatican.
At the end of this tour back in time, we’ll be taken to the Izmir Airport for our Cappadocia flight. We will be arriving late afternoon in Cappadocia, so once we settle into our hotels. After we’ll go out for some dinner and drinks. For those that would like to rest after this long day, feel free relax and get some rest.
Day 6 - ATV’s for Sunset in Cappadocia
The hot air balloons are dependent on weather each day, which is why I gave us 4 days to possibly ride the hot air balloons! I will be notified each day by our hot air balloon pilots, if it is possible to go up. If it is possible today, then you’re in luck! We will be waking up before the sun comes up to head to the base of the hot air balloon departure zone.
If we don’t end up flying this day, please enjoy a day to sleep or join one of the optional tours in Cappadocia. Try out one on of the tours around the valley not listed in the itinerary, maybe you’d be interested in riding horses through the stunning valleys? Whatever optional tour you prefer, we can set it up for you! For those not interested in an optional tour, enjoy your free day around town as there is much to see, do in terms of eating, shopping and even just looking around at this stunning little town!
Around sunset, our guides will pick us up for our ATV tour across the valley for sunset!
Day 7 - Red Tour
After an early morning breakfast, our guides will pick us up from our hotel to take us on the stunning Red Tour where we’ll marvel at the fairy chimneys of Love Valley and Monk Valley, visit Uchisar Castle and Imagination Valley, and explore the UNESCO-listed Goreme Open-Air Museum. Finally, visit the pottery-making town of Avanos and maybe even have a go on the potter’s wheel yourself. Lunch will be included on this full day tour as well as our private guide and transportation.
Note: If we were unable to fly with the hot air balloons on day 6, we will attempt to ride the hot air balloons this morning.
Day 8 - Hot Air Balloons for sunrise (optional tour) + Dinner show that night!
If all the previous days were unsuccessful to ride the balloons, we will attempt again today!
Optional Green Tour: If you’d like to continue to explore, there will be an option to join the small group green tour. You’ll explore a lush part of the Cappadocia region that many travelers overlook on this day tour to the southern area called the Green Tour. Hike to traditional villages in the Ihlara Valley, check out the ancient Selime Monastery and the amazing Kaymakli Underground City. Lunch will be included on this tour.
For those that would rather relax this day, please enjoy your free time around town as you’d like!
Later that night around 7:30pm, we’ll all head out as a group for a night of Turkish culture and cuisine with a 3-hour dinner show in a Cappadocia cave restaurant. Watch a series of folk dances and a belly dancing show, sip unlimited beer and wine, and dine on classic Turkish fare. This Cappadocia dinner show includes dinner, drinks, and round-trip transport from your hotel in Cappadocia.
Day 9 - travel back to istanbul
In the unlikely event that the hot air balloons were not flying on the previous days during to time in Cappadocia, this will be our last and final attempt for the hot airballon ride for sunrise!
If we did however ride the hot air balloons on one of the previous days, you’ll be able to utilize this morning to finally sleep in! After breakfast, we’ll be flying back to Istanbul to prepare for our international flights back home. Once we land back in Istanbul, we’ll head to the hotel in Sultanahmet. That afternoon I’ll take everyone to the Grand Bazaar and nearby shops to get souvenirs for your family and friends. We’ll have one last dinner out together as a group as we reminisce on all the incredible memories and experiences we had together!
DAy 10 - Departure day
It’s not goodbye, it’s a see you again soon for another epic adventure. Today everyone will have different departure times, so my drivers will be prepared to drive each of you at the necessary times to get you to the airport on time!

A $500 non-refundable deposit must be paid in order to hold your space on the trip.
The remaining amount will be due and is non-refundable 60 days before the 1st day of your trip. In the event that you need to cancel, 50% of your deposit is refundable if you find a replacement for your spot on the trip. Refund policy will be sent once form is submitted.
